iScreensaver Designer 3.1 beta 14 is available for download. It includes some important bug-fixes, and is recommended for all users of 3.1.
- [win] Under win32, using wizard would result in bogus "Changed software info text" messages upon build. Fixed.
- CR/LF problem in text when using wizard on windows fixed.
- Wizard: fixed crash when selecting No Audio after cancelling audio selection dialog box.
- [win] Splash screens should be working again.
- [osx] Mac Screensaver icon was using Windows icon by mistake. Fixed.
- [win] Screensaver icon was not being set properly during installation. Fixed.
- [osx] Under Mac OS X 10.1.5, an Apple/QuickTime bug was making the control panel image be transparent. Installer now saves the splash screen as TIFF to avoid this problem.
- [osx] Under Mac OS X 10.1.5, an Apple bug was making menu bar and dock visible during screen saving. Fixed.
- [win] Under Windows, screensaver is more consistent about returning gamma settings to full brightness, which should fix the bug where gamma would get stuck at half brightness if you quit the saver during its activation sequence.
- [osx] Archive and ArchiveItem classes rehashed under OSX, which will fix the "...same class definition..." warning messages.
