iScreensaver Designer 3.1 beta 16 is available for download. It includes some important bug-fixes, and is recommended for all users of 3.1.

[win] "PDF Plugin Not registered" bug that appeared in 3.1 beta 15 has been fixed
Cursor hides more reliably during full screen playback
[osx] Under Mac OS X, if using the gamma fade effect with password protection turned ON, the gamma will be reset to normal while you type the screensaver password
